Statewide Listing of Ombudsman Offices Department of Health Services Licensing and Certification Office When Siskiyou long-term care residents have been abused or neglected and complaints are filed, the Department of Health Services Licensing and Certification office generally will conduct an investigation within ten days. In emergency situations, investigations may be conducted within 24 hours.
